This Privacy Policy describes how QuizForge AI ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Digixskill, collects, uses and protects information you provide while using quizforge.digixskill.in (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
Usage data: the topics, difficulty levels, and generated content tied to your account.
Billing data: subscription status and transaction identifiers from our payment processor (Paddle). We never store full card numbers.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging.

2. How we use your data

To create your account and authenticate you.
To generate, store, and return AI-generated questions to you.
To track and enforce free, Pro, and top-up quotas.
To process payments through Paddle and provide customer support.
To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.

3. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors strictly needed to run the Service: our hosting provider, our database/auth provider, our AI model provider, and our payment processor (Paddle). We do not sell your data and do not use your topics or generated questions to train public AI models.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated content is retained so you can access your history; you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting info@digixskill.in. We respond within 24 hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
