These Terms & Conditions govern your use of QuizForge AI ("Service"), operated by Digixskill. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
QuizForge AI uses third-party AI models to generate practice questions and answers from topics you submit. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors — always review before classroom or assessment use.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Plans, payments, and quotas
- Free: 5 lifetime generations per account.
- Pro: $9/month for 500 generations per billing month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- Top-ups: one-time purchases of 100 ($5) or 250 ($10) credits. Top-up credits do not expire.
- All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, invoicing, and refund processing. See Paddle's Buyer Terms.
- You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Initial Pro purchases and unused top-up packs are refundable within 14 days. Renewals and used top-ups are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and unauthorized transactions are reviewed and refunded where appropriate. Full details in our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to generate illegal, infringing, harmful, or hateful content, to attempt to bypass quotas, or to abuse the underlying AI provider. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You own the topics you submit and the questions generated for you. We may store them privately under your account so you can access your history.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional review.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
